We deliver your order to a selected parcel locker or pick-up point. Once the shipment arrives, you will receive a notification (SMS/email) with instructions and a pickup code (if applicable). Storage time depends on the carrier and destination. If the parcel is not collected within the allowed time, it may be returned to the sender.
We will deliver your order to the address you provide. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Before delivery, the courier may contact you with the planned delivery time (call or SMS). Upon receiving your order, please check the parcel condition and sign the documents. If you notice any damage or mismatch, note it in the documents and prepare a report in the courier’s presence.
