How to use

1. 2-3 times a week before showering massage Smooth Body Scrub into dry skin using circular motions. Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse off.
2. After the scrub use Smooth Body Mitt:
   • Dry – for more intensive exfoliation
   • Moist – for gentler exfoliation
     Gently massage the skin with light circular motions.
3. Every morning and evening massage Smooth Body Lotion into dry skin using circular motions.
