OstroVit product uses magnesium bisglycinate – magnesium chelate, i.e. a compound that combines magnesium with two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Magnesium bisglycinate is a substance distinguished by high bioavailability and moreover does not promote the occurrence of digestive system ailments, which positively affects product quality and supplementation effectiveness.

Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium), capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. The product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Usage: Adults take 1 serving - 3 capsules per day.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
