OstroVit Magnesium Glycinate is a dietary supplement with magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelate compound in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. The recommended daily dose - 3 capsules - provides 400 mg of magnesium, i.e. 107% of the nutrient reference value.
