Directions for use
Mix 300 mg (1 level measuring scoop) with 100 ml of water or juice. Take one serving per day, preferably before bedtime. Use the 0.5 ml measuring scoop included in the package.
The powder naturally has limited solubility and a bitter aftertaste.
