Obagi-C C-Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free toner specially formulated for normal to oily skin. This alcohol-free, non-drying toner balances your skin's pH without drying it out.

Ingredients: (witch hazel) Witch hazel is known for its soothing properties and its ability to remove excess oil.

(Aloe)Aloe is a humectant with soothing and antioxidant properties.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Avoid contact with eyes
• For external use only
• Keep out of reach of children

How to use:

1. Use twice daily, morning and evening after cleansing.
2. Application: pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe the entire face.
3. Application: allow the product to fully air dry; do not rinse off.

Storage: Protect from direct sunlight. Store at controlled room temperature 15°-25°C
