Balancing Toner helps remove excess sebum and impurities while balancing the skin's natural pH level. It reduces excess oil production, minimizes pores and gives the skin a matte appearance. The toner contains aloe vera and antioxidants that soothe and hydrate the skin, as well as protect against harmful environmental effects. Quince extract and citrus bioflavonoids help fight free radicals, while witch hazel extract cleanses and visually reduces pore size.

Usage
After cleansing the face with the foaming cleanser, dispense 2–3 drops of toner onto a cotton pad. Gently sweep over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow to dry and then apply subsequent skincare products. Use morning and evening.
